This kind of reminds me of a Greek salad, which I absolutely love but it has the Tabasco dressing gives it an extra little punch. It's from the Favorite Brand Names Cookbook.

Overall, I thought this salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I found the salad to be a bit too heavy. I would use less cheese and dressing next time.

The dressing didn't emulsify properly and the salad was oily. I would recommend using a different dressing recipe.

This salad is a bit too bland for my taste. I would add some more seasoning or a different dressing.

I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, so I used cucumbers instead. The salad was still delicious and refreshing.
