Salmon With Caper Mayonnaise image

I created a modified version of this for dinner last night. This recipe is easily multiplied by 2, 3 or 4. The mayonnaise keeps well for about 3 days, and the leftover fish makes great sandwiches.

I'm not a big fan of salmon, but this recipe has me intrigued. I might just have to give it a try.

I tried this recipe last night and it was a disaster. The salmon was overcooked and the caper mayonnaise was bland. I won't be making this again.

The salmon with caper mayonnaise was easy to make and turned out great. The fish was cooked perfectly and the mayonnaise was flavorful. I served it with roasted vegetables and it was a delicious and healthy meal.

This salmon dish was a hit with my family! The caper mayonnaise added a delicious tangy flavor to the fish, and the crispy breadcrumb topping was the perfect finishing touch. I will definitely be making this again.
