SAN ANTONIO CHILI CON CARNE
My family has had it's chili recipes for many years. As they vary slightly from one kitchen to the next, I came up with a recipe that combines them all into one big pot of love!

Steps:
- 1. Brown meat; add onions and garlic and saute lightly; stir in spices; add tomatoes and broth; bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. * Adjust spices to desired heat level; serve with fresh chopped cilantro, onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, corn chips. You can also add a can of pinto or kidney beans if you like.
