4 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups torn spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups shredded jicama
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup cooked corn
1 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
season to taste with salt

Steps:

  • Pour dressing over slaw mix. Stir until combined.
