These summer rolls are a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I used a combination of carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers, and they were delicious. The dipping sauce is also really good.

These summer rolls were easy to make and turned out great! I used brown rice wrappers to make them a bit healthier, and they were still delicious. The dipping sauce is also really good.

I was really excited to try these summer rolls, but I was disappointed. The rice paper wrappers were tough and chewy, and the filling was bland. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.
