This can be served as main dish or served over noodles or rice. I live on a lake and fishing is a big deal here, so I had to come up with many recipes to use fish. We have crappie, bream, and catfish.

Steps:
- 1. Line bottom of casserole dish with Crappie Filets (Can be cut into bitesize piceces)Sprinkle with lemon juice lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic salt.
- 2. Pour Cream of Mushroom soup evenly on filets. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top.
- 3. Bake in a preheated oven @ 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
