SAUSAGE FLOWERS image

Yield 12 pieces

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 pound Italian sweet sausage
1/4 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1/4 shredded Colby cheese
1/2 cup mild salsa
12 wonton wrappers
Sour cream
Chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Cook sausage in deep skillet over medium heat until brown. Drain. Stir in cheeses and salsa until cheese melts. Lightly grease mini muffin pan. Gently press wonton into muffin pan with edges extending. Fill with teaspoon of mixture. Bake 10 minutes or until edges brown in 350 degree oven. Top with sour cream and onions.
