This recipe was a disappointment. The spinach was overcooked and the tomatoes were mushy. I won't be making this again.

Overall, this was a good recipe. The spinach and tomatoes were fresh and flavorful. However, I found that the dish was a bit too oily for my liking.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think next time I'll add some red pepper flakes or chili powder to give it a little more kick.

I found that the spinach wilted down a lot more than I expected, so I ended up adding a little bit of water to the pan to prevent it from sticking. Other than that, the dish was delicious and healthy.
