Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a 14-inch round pizza pan (or an 18x13 rectangular pan).
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella and add toppings.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Broil for 2 to 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
