SCALLOPED BROCCOLI AND CORN BAKE image

A great, easy make ahead casserole the whole family will love. I make this for Thanksgiving or for family get togethers. It's easy and everyone loves it.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 can(s) creamed corn
4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c flour
2 tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dried minced onion

Steps:

  • 1. Directions Defrost and drain broccoli. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Mix together the corn, flour, salt, eggs, and sugar.
  • 2. Add the cheese and broccoli mix well and pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.
  • 3. Bake 1- 1 1/4 hours or until casserole is set and dry.
