Steps:
- Bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in bag of gumbo mix lower heat and simmer for 20 to 30 min. stirring frequently. Add 2 teaspoons of file'. Add can of cut okra. Add shrimp and crawfish. Stir in and continue to stir frequently until shrimp and crawfish are done. about 5-7 minutes. Mixture contains rice and other ingredients needed. Dip into bowls and serve hot. Add hot sauce if desired.
