- In a large bowl, combine carrots, salad greens. onion, radishes, sesame seeds, and chicken. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ginger, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Whisking constantly, slowly add the oils in a steady stream. Only when ready to eat, pour the vinaigrette over the salad. Toss to coat. (eat immediately)
