These are served at the Trustee's House at Pleasant Hill where "They make you kindly welcome." NOTE: The molasses (made at Pleasant Hill by Shakers) is what gives these muffins flavor. The squash does not overpower the flavors. These are truly something to try, especially if you are searching for ways to use squash.

These muffins were a disappointment. They were dry and crumbly, and the flavor was bland.

These muffins were a hit with my family! They're moist and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices. I love that they're made with whole wheat flour and almond milk, which makes them a bit healthier than traditional muffins.
