SHRIMP AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 T Chopped Green Pepper
2 T Chopped Onion
2 T Melted Butter
1 T lemon juice
2 Cups Cooked Wild Rice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, Cubed
1/2# uncooked cleaned shrimp

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven to 375 degrees Mix all iingredients thoroughly. Pour into greaseed 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
