Two of my favorites...shrimp & spinach, topped off with a cream sauce. One of the first recipes I ever made for a boyfriend. The boy is long gone, but I still love the recipe.

This dish was a disaster. The sauce curdled and the shrimp were rubbery. I don't think I'll be making this recipe again.

This dish was a bit disappointing. The sauce was too thin and the shrimp were not cooked evenly. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had cooked the shrimp separately and then added them to the sauce.

I thought this dish was just okay. The sauce was a bit bland and the shrimp were a bit overcooked. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had used more spices and herbs in the sauce.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very creamy and the cheese was a bit overpowering. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had used less cream and cheese.
