- Preheat oven to 425°. Place biscuit mix in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mash sweet potatoes; stir in milk and butter. Stir into biscuit mix just until moistened. , Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

[email protected]These were good! I made them exactly as the recipe said and they were a little dry for my taste, but my husband thought they were perfect. I think next time I'll try adding a little bit of milk or cream to the mixture to see if that helps.

[email protected]These biscuits were a hit! I've never been a huge fan of sweet breads or biscuits before, but these were moist and flavorful without being too sweet. I added a bit of extra butter to the top before I popped them in the pan and they came out perfectly
