SIMPLY, A GREAT MACARONI AND CHEESE
Saw this in a local newspaper, which was having a contest for 'best mac and cheese' recipes. This one looked so simple that I could not believe it would be any good....was I wrong! The original was topped with cooked sausage links, but this is a great stand-alone dish.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. In the oven, in a large casserole dish, melt the butter.
- 3. Remove, coat the uncooked macaroni with the butter, adding salt and pepper.
- 4. Add milk and cheese. Mix.
- 5. Bake 45-50 minutes.
