Steps:
- 1. Separate florets of broccoli into small pieces.
- 2. Wash broccoli. Drain.
- 3. Heat oil in wok to 400 degrees. When hot, put in broccoli and stir-fry 1 minute.
- 4. Add salt, water, and sugar. Cover. Cook 3 minutes at 300 degrees.
- 5. Remove cover. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
