I'm not usually a fan of apple cider, but this recipe changed my mind. The slow-cooker mellowed out the tartness and brought out the natural sweetness of the apples. I paired it with a sharp cheddar cheese and it was divine.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the apple cider retained its flavor throughout the cooking process. Often, the flavors get muddled or lost when slow-cooking, but this recipe maintained its integrity. Top-notch!
