Slow Cooker Green Chile Stew image

After much trial and error, the best way I've found to make Green Chile Stew! Easy to put together and delicious to eat. I think the yams and corn give it a little something extra, plus it's a great way to get more veggies in. All in all a very hearty meal. I like to serve with quartered tortillas for dipping!

I'm gluten-free, so I made this stew with gluten-free flour. It turned out great! I also used vegetable broth instead of beef broth.

I was disappointed with this stew. The flavors were bland, and the beef was tough. I won't be making this recipe again.

This stew was a little too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think I'll try it again with less green chiles next time.

This stew is the perfect comfort food for a cold winter day. The green chiles give it a nice kick, and the beef and potatoes are so tender. I served it with some crusty bread, and it was the perfect meal.

I love how simple this recipe is. I was able to throw everything in my slow cooker in the morning, and dinner was ready when I got home from work. The stew was delicious, and my husband and kids loved it.
