Slow-Cooker Memphis-Style Ribs image

After my dad and I had dinner at the legendary Rendezvous Restaurant in Memphis, I was inspired to create a slow-cooked version of tasty dry-rub Memphis ribs. Smoked paprika in the rub mimics the flavor that the ribs would get from being grilled over hot coals. -Matthew Hass, Ellison Bay, Wisconsin

I'm allergic to pork, but this recipe looks so good I might have to try it with chicken.

I've tried many different recipes for ribs, but this one is by far the best. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce was perfect.

These ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and had a delicious smoky flavor. The sauce was perfect - not too sweet and not too tangy. I will definitely be making these again!
