- 1. Melt butter in saucepan Add flour, salt and pepper Brown to create a light roux
- 2. Slowly add milk while stirring w/wire wisk keeping it smooth Cook stirring constantly till thickens
- 3. Remove from heat and add cheese Stir to combine
- 4. Place cauliflower into casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over to cover
- 5. Place polish sausage/keilbasa on top of all Bake 30 min. in 350 degree oven.
