Smoked Turkey Leg Salad image

You just have to try it, think jacked-up chicken salad! Great in a sandwich, wrap, or pita.

1 pound smoked turkey leg meat, cooked and chopped
1 apple, diced
⅔ cup dried cranberries
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix turkey, apple, and cranberries together in a large bowl.
  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, oil, seafood seasoning, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl; stir until dressing is well combined.
  • Toss turkey mixture with dressing. Chill until serving.
