Smoky Bacon Wraps image

I found this recipe years ago and made them for New Years. They are great as an appetizer or just a late night snack. You MUST line your cookie sheet with tin foil or you will never get the sugar off. I also use center cut bacon for a little less fat. Enjoy!

These bacon wraps were a disaster. The bacon was overcooked and the filling was dry. I would not recommend this recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my bacon wraps didn't turn out as good as I expected. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

The bacon wraps were a little too greasy for my liking. I think I'll try baking them next time instead of frying them.
