S'mores Protein Bites image

1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or stand mixer until well combined.
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet covered with foil or parchment paper.
  • Place in the freezer for about 1 hour, then store in a resealable bag or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week (or in the freezer for up to a month).
