My Godmother's Recipe!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 sleeve ritz crackers
3 Tbsp butter, melted
6 slice bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 c mayonnaise
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 c swiss cheese, shredded
1 pkg bagel crisps and/or pita chips

Steps:

  • 1. Blend cream cheese, minced onion, mayonnaise, and swiss cheese. Place in microwaveable pan.
  • 2. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Top above mixture with cracker/butter mix.
  • 3. Add bacon to top of crushed crackers and microwave until swiss cheese is melted. Approx 3-5 minutes.
  • 4. Serve with Bagel Crisps and pita chips.
