Steps:
- 1. Blend cream cheese, minced onion, mayonnaise, and swiss cheese. Place in microwaveable pan.
- 2. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Top above mixture with cracker/butter mix.
- 3. Add bacon to top of crushed crackers and microwave until swiss cheese is melted. Approx 3-5 minutes.
- 4. Serve with Bagel Crisps and pita chips.
