Sour Cream Chicken image

I never noticed how much I enjoy eating chicken - ha ha

Number Of Ingredients 11

3 chicken breasts
1/2 c chopped onion
2 clove minced garlic
3 Tbsp butter
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
2 small cans sliced drained mushrooms
1/4 c sherry
1 tsp salt, to taste
1 Tbsp worcestershire
1/2 tsp tabasco

Steps:

  • 1. Spray casserole dish with vegetable spray. Lightly salt & pepper chicken breasts. Place them in the casserole dish.
  • 2. Sautee onion & garlic in butter until tender. Add soup, sour cream, mushrooms, sherry, salt, Worcestershire & Tabasco. Blend throroughly. Pour over chicken.
  • 3. Bake for 1 hour at 350. After removing from oven, baste the chicken breasts in the sauce. Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with paprika & serve over rice
