This is a good peach pie recipe. This pie is better when fresh peaches are used but today I used canned. Still is good!

Steps:
- 1. Spread your peaches in a 9' pastry lined unbaked pie pan. Mix your sugar (reserving 1 Tbsp.) and flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sour cream. Spread over peaches.
- 2. Adjust top crust and flute edges. Cut vents in top of crust. Sprinkle reserved sugar on top of crust. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until fruit is bubbling out of the top crust vents and crust is golden.
- 3. Remove from oven and let cool. Can serve with whip cream or ice cream.
