This recipe is a great way to use up leftover sausage. I also added some chopped collard greens to the pot. It was a delicious and affordable meal.

I made this recipe for a tailgate party and it was a huge hit! I doubled the recipe and it still wasn't enough. Everyone loved the smoky flavor of the sausage and the tenderness of the greens.

This was my first time making turnip greens and they turned out great! I followed the recipe exactly and they were delicious. I served them with some mashed potatoes and fried chicken.

This is the best Southern turnip greens recipe I've ever tried! The secret is in the pot liquor. I simmered the sausage in the pot liquor for a while before adding the greens. This gave the greens a rich, smoky flavor.

I made this recipe with low-fat sausage and it was still really good! I also added some chopped kale to the greens for an extra boost of nutrients.

I added a little bit of cayenne pepper to this recipe to give it a bit of a kick. It was delicious! The heat from the pepper really balanced out the sweetness of the greens and sausage.

I'm not usually a fan of turnip greens, but this recipe changed my mind! The sausage added a nice smoky flavor and the greens were cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be making this again.
