1/4 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon each minced garlic and ginger
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Set ingredients in a small saucepan, heat and reduce until syrupy; drizzle through a strainer, over tuna.
