Soy-Sesame Dressing image

This is a great Asian-style dressing for a pasta salad. You can prepare this dressing in advance, but toss with the salad no more than 15 minutes before serving.

1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
¾ teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients until well-blended.
