This recipe was a complete disaster. The sauce was watery and the pasta was undercooked. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dish turned out terrible. The sauce was curdled and the pasta was mushy. I would not recommend this recipe.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add some more salt and pepper next time. The pasta was also a little overcooked.

This recipe was good, but not great. The sauce was a little too oily for my taste. I think I would try a different recipe next time.

I've tried many carbonara recipes before, but this one is by far the best. The egg and cheese sauce was so smooth and silky. I highly recommend this recipe!
