This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I think I'll try a simpler recipe next time.

I've been making this recipe for years and it's always a hit. The mussels are always cooked perfectly and the sauce is always flavorful. I like to add a bit of extra white wine and garlic for a little extra flavor.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover mussels. The sauce is light and flavorful, and the mussels are tender and juicy. I served it over spaghetti, but it would also be good with linguine or fettuccine.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add more herbs and spices next time. The mussels were cooked well, but the sauce was a bit watery.

This dish was a bit too salty for my taste, but overall it was still good. I think I'll use less salt next time. The mussels were cooked perfectly though, and the sauce was flavorful.
