This sauce was easy to make and turned out great! I used fresh cranberries and oranges, and the sauce was the perfect consistency. It was not too tart or too sweet, and the orange and star anise added a nice flavor.

This was the perfect cranberry sauce to serve with our Thanksgiving dinner. It was tart and tangy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The orange and star anise added a lovely depth of flavor. I will definitely be making this sauce again next ye
