A great way to prepare cheaper cuts of meat! These pork steaks are tender every time, spicy and good! Toss a couple of potatoes in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or so before adding the pork steaks and you have a great meal the family will think you spent more time on than you did!

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I thought I would give this recipe a try. The pork steaks were good, but the sauce was too spicy for me. Next time, I will use less chili powder.

The pork steaks were a little dry, but the sauce was delicious. I think I would try cooking the pork steaks in a slow cooker next time.
