Steps:
- Grind the mustard seeds and chilies in spice grinder. In small bowl, mash together the tamarind paste and warm water until the water is very brown. Strain through fine sieve pressing out any solids. Discard solids, retain liquid Heat oil in large skillet over med. Add onion and garlic and sauté 5 min. Add ginger and sauté 2 min. Add curry powder and mustard - chili mix. Saute 1 min Add tamarind water and dash of salt. Add fish, nestling them into onion mixture. Cover, lower heat to simmer and cook 10 min or until fish is done. Serve fish with sauce.
