Spicy Ginger Pork in Lettuce Leaves (Wraps) image

From "Food and Wine" magazine, September 2006 ed. I decreased the amount of oil used. This does require quite an inventory of ingredients, but it is worth it!

This dish is a bit bland for my taste. I think next time I'll add some more spices to the sauce.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll use less chili peppers in the sauce.

I've tried many lettuce wrap recipes, but this one is by far the best. The pork was cooked to perfection and the sauce had just the right amount of heat. I also loved the addition of the peanuts and cilantro.
