Steps:
- Sautee the garlic, ginger and hot pepper on medium high for a few minutes. Add broth and water, thyme, carrot, potato, lentils and curry powder. Let cook for at least one hour. Pick out the thyme sprigs after 15 minutes. Take the soup off the heat and puree until smooth. Add the juice of half a lime. Sprinkle with cilantro and feta if desired.
