This dish is both healthy and delicious. The turkey is lean and the vegetables add a lot of nutrients. I also love that the sauce is made with low-sodium soy sauce.

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed with the results. The sauce was bland and the noodles were overcooked. I won't be making this again.

I'm always looking for healthy and flavorful recipes, and this one fits the bill. The turkey is lean and the vegetables add a lot of nutrients. I used brown rice noodles instead of regular noodles to make it even healthier.
