SPICY TRASH
This was my brothers specialty !! He made it during the holidays..I was lucky enough to find his recipe at my mom's house while going through recipes. The bacon grease in this recipe makes it really special. He wouldnt tell most people how he made it ..everyone just knew it was fab!!

Steps:
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- 2. in a saucepan on medium heat mix seasoning mix until well blended
- 3. pour seasoning mix over dry mix and coat well using hands
- 4. Pour in a large baking pan and bake for 1 1/2 -2 hours on 250..stirring every 15 min
