Steps:
- Instructions Thaw spinach and drain well. Mix together sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning; stir until relatively smooth. Mix in spinach and green onions. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Spread on first half of tortilla and roll up. Repeat for remaining tortillas. Place on cookie sheet, cover well, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Slice and serve with salsa.
