I was disappointed with this salad. The dressing was too bland, and the chorizo was too salty. I won't be making this again.

This salad was easy to make and very tasty. I used a pre-made vinaigrette dressing to save time, and it turned out great.

I made this salad for lunch today and it was delicious! I used a bit less chorizo than the recipe called for, and I added some crumbled feta cheese. It was the perfect light and refreshing meal.

This salad was a hit at my last dinner party. The combination of flavors and textures is amazing - the sweetness of the apples, the saltiness of the chorizo, and the freshness of the spinach. I will definitely be making this again!
