We follow the lemon pie recipe on purchased can of condensed milk and substitute this recipe for the canned milk. Tastes good with the Splenda instead of sugar. You might like to try 1/2 Splenda and 1/2 sugar as an experiment. Still good.

- 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Chill. Store in refigerator until ready to use. Makes about 14 ounces or less, about the same as a purchased can of condensed milk.
- 2. Use this recipe to substitute for condensed milk in any recipe calling for sweetened condensed milk.
