I really, really wanted to like this recipe, but I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed with the results. I'm not sure I did something wrong, maybe I followed the recipe too closely, but I found my asparagus was still a little tough, even though I bl

This Spring Fling is a great way to celebrate spring. The addition of asparagus makes this dish feel very light, fresh, and summery. I found the sauce to be a little on the thick side.

I found this to be just a bit too tangy for my taste. But the flavor was still great. The texture of the asparagus was also perfect.

There are many different elements to this dish, but it is worth the effort! Also, I used thin-sliced ham instead of Canadian style, and it turned out great.

If you're looking for a great summer meal, look no further. If you don't have any asparagus on hand, green beans would be a great substitute.
