- 1. SAUTE ONION IN BUTTER FOR 5 MIN.ADD MUSHROOMS AND SAUTE FOR 5 MIN.SHAKE FLOUR IN BEEF STOCK UNTIL DISSOLVED.
- 2. ADD WINE AND STOCK TO MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS.ADD SALT AND PAPRIKA;STIR UNTIL THICKENED.
- 3. SERVE OVER BROILED STEAK.
