Steps:
- Broccoli 1) Harvest Broccoli florets and set aside 2) Slice Stems leingthwise to about 1/8-1/4 inch thick then cut to abt 1" long 3) Place stems into 3qt sauce pot and add water until not quite covered. 4) Place florets on top of stems 5) Cook Broccoli on high for 3 minutes, then turn off heat for an additional 3 minutes. 6) Drain water Cheese sauce 1) Place cheese and milk in a double boiler on low heat 2) Periodically stir cheese until melted 1) Bring together, toss the Broccoli and serve
