This dish is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I always have some leftover vegetables in my fridge, so this is a perfect recipe for me.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made a few substitutions to this recipe. I used tofu instead of chicken, and I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. It turned out great!

I'm on a diet, so I made a few substitutions to this recipe. I used brown rice noodles instead of white rice noodles, and I used low-sodium soy sauce. It turned out great!

This was the worst dish I have ever made. The noodles were rubbery, and the chicken was dry. I do not recommend this recipe.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more soy sauce next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my noodles turned out mushy. I think I overcooked them.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use less chili pepper.

I'm not a huge fan of chicken, but this dish was amazing! The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was so flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.
