This meatloaf was a total flop. It was dry and tasteless, and the stuffing was mushy. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but I'm so glad I did! This meatloaf was absolutely delicious. The stuffing was moist and flavorful, and the bacon-wrapped top added a crispy, smoky touch.

This meatloaf was a little dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some more moisture next time, maybe with some extra broth or eggs.
