Strawberries Jamaica image

Simple but so good! My good friend Angel gave me this recipe. It makes an attractive dessert when mixture is served on top of strawberries in large individual glass stems.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 ounces cream cheese, softened and beaten until smooth
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
1 quart strawberry, washed and hulled

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, sour cream and Grand Marnier; mix well and chill.
  • Serve as a dip with strawberries or as a dessert.
