Steps:
- Dressing: combine oil, sugar, vinegar, poppy seeds, salt and nutmeg in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Just before serving, toss salad greens into a large salad bowl; add strawberries, cheese and toasted pecans. Toss to combine. Drizzle with dressing, toss again. Serve.
